Avenue A | Razorfish places David Baker in charge of its e-mail solutions unit; BzzAgent adds four new execs to its management team.
aQuantive’s Avenue A| Razorfish put David Baker in charge of expanding its e-mail marketing offerings. In his new role as VP of e-mail solutions, Baker will integrate programs with global digital marketing initiatives for the agency’s clients. Baker previously served as VP of e-mail and analytical solutions at Agency.com.
BzzAgent appointed four new execs: Michael Bird as SVP of sales; Art Muldoon as SVP of client services; John Bigay as VP of marketing; and Malcolm Faulds as VP of media services. The group’s collective experience includes time spent at CNET, Avenue A | Razorfish, Gannett, and Volassis (PreVision).
Did-It will manage search engine marketing campaigns for Q Interactive. The deal includes SEM for Q Interactive’s consumer savings site, Coolsavings.com and other sites within the company’s portfolio of 1,000 properties.
Blue Ribbon Consulting changed its name to Blue Ribbon Digital The name change denotes its experience in online advertising.
Kathleen Shea Haley was named VP of worldwide field services at Sendmail. Haley will be responsible for the company’s Field Services organization of trusted advisors who direct global implementation, delivery and support of Sendmail messaging products. She was previously in charge of global professional services infrastructure for Business Objects.
India-centric travel site MakeMyTrip.com made Nuron its interactive agency. The agency is charged with redefining the site’s online brand.
