McDonald Gets Boost at Jumpstart, Ex-Tivo Exec Hired at TAN, FCB Canada founder moves on

Jumpstart Automotive Media exec Dillon McDonald has been promoted to COO, a new position at the auto site behavioral targeting network. McDonald previously served as chief strategy officer and has worked with the firm since 2001.

Former Tivo and Weather.com exec Neil Strow will fill the newly-created senior director, East Coast sales role at Travel Ad Network. Between ’03 and ’05, Strow was advertising and research sales manager for the East Coast at Tivo; he acted as account manager for The Weather Channel and Weather.com between 1996 and 2002.

FCB Direct Canada founder Mark Goodman has been named full partner and CEO at Montreal’s Twist Image.

Chinese out-of-home ad network Focus Media Holding Limited has promoted former Focus Media CMO Diana Congrong Chen to COO. Chen joined the multi-platform media firm in 2005.
