Two hires at Phorm, Double Fusion promotes Korin, XL rockets to London
Phorm, the ISP-level behavioral ad-targeting company, has appointed Sarah Simon as financial and strategic development officer, and Mike Moore as global commercial director. Simon will have responsibility for the management of investor, analyst and shareholder relationships, as well as financial communications. Moore, meanwhile, will be tasked with managing global commercial opportunities, presumably outside of the U.K., where the firm is currently headquartered.
Double Fusion, the in-game ad network, has promoted Noam Korin to VP of ad sales, Europe. In the new role Korin will head up the European sales team, helping drive revenues as well as assisting publisher and platform relationships across the region.
Full service social media agency, Rocket XL, is launching a London-based operation, with ex-Channel 4 Marketing Manager Steve Forde at the helm. Rocket XL London will work closely in conjunction with agencies owned by parent company Cossette, to offer social media solutions alongside the group’s broader digital marketing capabilities. Forde will also work closely with Rocket XL’s international offices in the U.S. and Canada on global projects and brand strategy.
Steak has been appointed as SEO consultant for the formation of a new charity combining Help the Aged and Age Concern England.Steak, which already works with a selection of charities including V inspired, ActionAid and TZ Kids, has been charged with advising on how to retain SEO equity and maintain visibility in natural search as the two organizations prepare to combine and form a new brand.
