A powerful new visitor insight tool has been launched by real-time profiling and optimisation technology developer Fospha.
The new ViPr (viper) toolset allows users to combine their customer data with the power of Fospha’s website micro-profiling capabilities to reveal previously unseen patterns and relationships between website content and whether a visitor ultimately closes a deal.
According to Fospha co-founder Ben Darlington: “Fospha ViPr will deliver a step-change in lead conversion performance and revolutionise the way that organisations generate and then handle inbound calls and sales enquiries.”
The program is able to identify which of a company’s website visitors are likely to make a purchase based on the content they consume. The toolset also helps companies identify which content works to convert customers — and which doesn’t.
According to Fospha, ViPr has the capacity to reduce the cost of customer acquisition and support sales teams by ranking each enquiry by likelihood of conversion, delivering detailed visitor metrics and cross selling opportunities at precisely the right time.
Darlington continued: “The detailed analysis which Fospha ViPr provides about which web content is most closely aligned with lead conversion – and which is not – provides the analytics required to much more effectively manage the web site and other lead generators.
“We think that Fospha ViPr is the service that sales directors, marketing directors and customer insight managers have waiting for.”
