iProspect has launched a tailored version of the Squared Online digital marketing programme, developed with Google and powered by Home Learning College, as part of its new global talent initiative, NEXTGEN.
With a focus on learning and development, NEXTGEN aims to train the next generation of digital talent and incorporates a new version of the Squared Online digital marketing course, which has been tailored to the specific needs of iProspect.
The initial rollout will see the course offered to more than 150 iProspect employees from 28 countries.
NEXTGEN runs in parallel with iProspect University, a bespoke global online platform that provides career development at all levels, as well as interactive content, webinars and links to partners’ sites.
The network was built by iProspect and is designed to be continually updated as the industry changes and evolves.
Antony Damianos, Head of Squared Programmes at Google commented: “Attracting and retaining talent has become an increasingly difficult task within the marketing and advertising industry, but iProspect is fast establishing itself as a leader at rising to this challenge.
“We believe it’s essential that agencies take responsibility for training staff as the challenges facing them become increasingly complex, and this focus on learning and development enables them to continue to excel for their clients.
“However, it also allows talented people within agencies to progress, something that has a big impact on talent retention.”
