A new report by Covario,a global search marketing agency, has revealed that spending on global paid search advertising in Q2 2013 has grown by 22% quarter-over-quarter and 23% year-over-year.
The ‘Second Quarter Global Search Advertising Gets Boost from Recovering Regions‘ report reveals the impressive figure which, compared to last year’s quarter-on-quarter growth of 9%, is good news for the industry.
Mobile search spend was also revealed to have improved by 39% over the first quarter, as has Cost-per-Click (CPC) pricing, which has risen 10% rise quarter-on-quarter and 24% year-on year.
