Being an inspirational leader and creating awesome programmatic marketplaces.

 

What’s your favourite quote?

“Because it’s there” George Mallory on why he wanted to climb Mt Everest.

 

What makes you wake up in the morning?

The long term vision of what getting out of bed today will actually help me achieve, even if it’s raining and my head hurts.

 

Who’s your biggest inspiration?

Sir Ranulph Fiennes for his sheer bloody mindedness and determination to do what he sets out to do.

 

What’s going to be big in marketing this year?

Traffic Quality: making sure marketers know their money is being well spent.

 

What’s your least favourite “buzz word”?

Eblast – I know let’s do mass marketing with no targeting and call it something exciting…

 

What was your favourite digital campaign from 2014? 

Has to be the Volvo “Epic Split” campaign with JCVD – really well executed in all the supporting channels with the right mix to take it viral and relaunched the Muscles from Brussels!
