New York City-based interactive agency Oven Digital said it completed the online presence for SiteBridge, a software developer and creators of a real-time, interactive customer service app that works on all platforms and browsers.
SiteBridge’s CustomerNow software lets service representatives and customers interact in real-time over the Web, using customized chat and message templates.
Oven Digital’s identity program for SiteBridge comprised a complete visual makeover, encompassing everything from product and company logos to the actual CustomerNow user interface. Billings were not disclosed.
