Socketware and Brightware Form Alliance

E-mail marketing software company Socketware Inc. and Brightware Inc., a supplier of customer assistance software, formed an alliance to jointly promote each other’s products and deliver an end-to-end email marketing and customer service solution.

Brightware’s applications complement Accucast by helping companies manage and rapidly answer high volumes of customer inquiries generated by email marketing campaigns.
