TGI Fridays, Amazon and Subway top rewards programme loyalty

A new report from Bond Brand Loyalty measured the rewards programmes of over 200 consumer brands, with Amazon, Kroger, TGI Fridays and Subway ranking highest in their respective categories.

A new report from Bond Brand Loyalty measured the rewards programmes of over 200 consumer brands, with Amazon, Kroger, TGI Fridays and Subway ranking highest in their respective categories.

The loyalty programme management firm surveyed 11,316 North American consumers online in January 2015 for the report.

Subway secured top place among-quick serve restaurants, TGI Fridays won casual dining, and the place for mid-frequency and high-frequency retail went to Amazon’s Prime programme and Kroger’s Fuel programme, respectively.

The report also highlighted a lack of engagement with mobile loyalty apps. Nearly half of loyalty programme members were keen to interact on their mobile devices but only 12% of them have actually downloaded an app.
