Tremor Network said today it acquired in-stream video ad-scheduling firm Dynadco, the creators of Ad-inStream.

Premium video is coming of age on the Web with pay-per-download content showing up on Google and other platforms. As a recent report from Points North Group says users prefer an ad-supported model to the $1.99 fees charged by many services, it’s a smart move to firm-up video ad-serving technology now and be in place as the demand prepares to reach critical mass.
