Digital spend in the US will pass $103bn (£64.6bn) by 2019, predicts Forrester.

The substantial rise in digital spend will equal 36% of total ad spend in the US by 2019, suggests the research.
The research predicts that search marketing will remain king of the marketing heap, closely followed by the social media, the fastest growing channel of marketing.
Investment on mobile, tablet and search, display and social is expected to reach $46bn (£28.8bn) by 2019.
In its research Forrester projected email marketing to hit $3.1bn, up from $2.1 billion this year with social media rising to $17.3bn from $7.5bn.
Another area expected to grow is display advertising, which is forecasted to reach $37.6bn, up from $19.8bn.
