BBC steals Microsoft sales execs; i-level replaces CEO, Dawson leaves Steak
BBC Worldwide has poached two Microsoft execs. To build its multi-platform sales capabilities, Anne Goodman will assume the role of VP enablement and trade marketing, while Tim Baynes has been appointed director, learning and development. Both will vacate their current roles at Microsoft; Goodman as director of sales marketing, international markets, and Baynes as head of learning and development for the online sales group.
i-level Group has appointed Stephen Rust as CEO, replacing Davis Pattison, who will become a non-executive chairman. I-level Group is the holding company of digital agency i-level and digital business consultancy Generator. In addition, Nik Holgate has joined as group finance director from Posterscope, part of Aegis Group.
Mary Keane-Dawson, managing director of London-based digital agency, Steak, is stepping down from her role. Co-founder and group CEO Oliver Bishop will take over management of the operation.
Turner Broadcasting Europe has appointed iCrossing to develop a strategic framework for its European social media activities. ICrossing will create a social media framework for Turner brands such as CNN and Cartoon Network.
