Halfords launches #31FitterDays Facebook campaign

Utilising the public's inevitable post-Christmas calorie guilt, Halfords has launched a social media campaign, encouraging people to become more active in January.

Utilising the public’s inevitable post-Christmas calorie guilt, Halford’s has launched a social media campaign, encouraging people to become more active in January. #31FitterDays is based on Facebook, and features an exercise plan developed by Mo Jabbar, a personal trainer and nutritionist who will provide weekly videos of advice. The campaign also features a fitness plan, with different exercises to perform each day.

#31FitterDays will follow four specific people on their challenge and share their weekly video updates via Facebook, and participants can also enter competitions to win a fitness package worth £500.

The campaign was created by the Halfords in-house social media team.
