Man Utd has partnered with Google in an innovative new digital competition to give football fans the chance to appear pitch-side at Old Trafford on digital screens.
Using Google+ Hangouts, successful fans will have their live video streams shown on the digital pitch-side screens during the Liverpool match on 16 March. Adam & Eve/DDB helped to devise the campaign, Grand Visual provided production and technical build and Essence was the media agency.
By utilising a combination of digital technology and social media, the “Front Row” initiative will enable and inspire fans from around the world to get involved and share their love for the team on Google+. Uploading their videos with the hashtag #MUFrontRow, lucky winners will be selected and their videos shown on the perimeter video displays on the day.
