In an impressive case of social hijacking, McVities adapted the famous Dogs Trust strapline that “a dog’s not just for Christmas” to suit a more feathery tone.
Capturing the colossal social hype surrounding what seems like Christmas’ best loved ad has earned the chocolate biscuit much loved social attention, perhaps bringing it to the forefront of all lunch boxes this festive period.
