Spotter, a social-media monitoring service focused on offering companies insight into their digital marketing strategies through its monitoring and analysis tools, has announced it will be expanding to the UK.

Spotter, a social-media monitoring service focused on offering companies insight into their digital marketing strategies through its monitoring and analysis tools, has announced it will be expanding to the UK.
After being founded in France in 1998, Spotter now covers a number of areas in the world, including the US,Belgium, Spain, Canada, Dubai and Qatar.
The company will be focusing its attention on area such as banking, communications and travel, as UK companies look to gain a deeper understanding of their respective targeted markets.
National sales director for the UK & Ireland,Richard May, commented: “Spotter has been monitoring and analysing conversations and sentiment around business for 14 years – longer than social media itself has been around – and we have developed our tools to cater for the needs of our clients and ensure the data we provide is at the cutting edge of the industry… [We] are delighted to now offer our services to UK firms – something we’re excited about.
“Businesses in the UK have a mature understanding of the importance of social media monitoring and analysis – more so than in many other countries – and we are keen to assist firms by providing detailed, timely data to enable them to make well-informed, profitable business decisions…we look forward to assisting as many British firms and institutions as possible in the near future.”
