Email Appeal

Email Appeal specializes in branded e-mail through the OnLetterhead product.

Email Appeal is an email marketing company that specializes in branded email through the OnLetterhead product. OnLetterhead is a full-service software application that plugs directly into your Outlook, allowing you to add advertising and branding to every email you send.

The graphics don’t reside on your local machine. You send recipients HTML; the images are downloaded when the email is opened, much like a Web page. The average size of an email is 7-11K instead of 700-1,100K.

Features include:

  • Use custom template designs.
  • Plug in to Outlook.
  • Transition from the user’s plain-text email to the branded email by importing the templates via the SOAP protocol when a new email is created.

Clients include Bank of America, Chrysler, Gartner, and over 150 universities.
