Macmillan Cancer online campaign to boost community network

Macmillan Cancer Support has kicked off its digital campaign to drive awareness to its online community platform which is uniting cancer sufferers to share their experiences.

Macmillan Cancer Support has kicked off its digital campaign to drive awareness to its online community platform which is uniting cancer sufferers to share their experiences.

The ‘Lonely Thoughts to Shared Support’ campaign is a 70-second animated film featuring a cancer patient describing in her own words the challenges and fears of suffering alone.

Created by The Minimart and animated and illustrated by Doug Haymen, the film features sound design by Jim Griffin from Jungle who recorded the voice over with real cancer suffers and their partners.

The animation will appear on YouTube as well as the Macmillan site and social media.
